When you fill in our contact or application form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, company, the service or role you're interested in, and your message.

When you book a call through our scheduling calendar, we receive your name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you give to the booking questions.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, so the site can run securely.

02How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry or application, to hold the calls you book, to prepare proposals you've asked for, and to run and improve our services.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send you marketing emails unless you've asked us to.

03Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to operate this website and deliver your messages to us, including Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Cal.com (call scheduling). They process your information only on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

04How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable business records, then delete them. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

05Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing connect@growvolve.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law.
